Karen is an award winning actress/writer/director/producer who lives in the New York/New Jersey area. Winner of the Best Actress - Silver Award at the CFFF. She recently graduated from Regent University with a Masters’ Degree in Scriptwriting for Film and Television. Karen has created work for herself, such as the short film Why Wait, which she wrote, directed, and starred in, playing a level-headed and commanding woman with an inspired optimistic and witty outlook.

She was born in the island of Jamaica, and she is fluent in the dialect – patois. Her travels to England over the past two years have ignited a passion or learning the British accent.

Karen is looking forward to working in the next Emmy Award winning Netflix series, or in any of M. Night Shyamalan feature films.
